I use ChatGPT for brainstorming and outlining only, is this ok?

Not sure if this has been discussed before but I think it is worth talking about.\n\nI have been going back and forth on this for a while. At first I had a strong opinion but after doing more research I realized things are not as clear cut as I thought.\n\nWhat I think most people miss is the practical impact on students who are just trying to learn and do well in their classes.\n\nAnyone have additional resources or experiences to share? The more information we pool together the better.
