Best AI checker for teachers, comparison guide
I have been collecting information on this topic for months and decided to put together a comprehensive guide for everyone here.\n\nLet me break this down into manageable steps. I have personally gone through this process and can vouch for the approach.\n\nFirst you need to understand the landscape. Things have changed dramatically in the last 6 months and a lot of the advice from early 2026 is already outdated. What worked in January does not necessarily work now.\n\nCurious to hear from both students and teachers on this one.

Log In to ReplyGreat post. One thing I would add is that results can vary a lot depending on the length of the text you are testing. Shorter pieces tend to be less reliable.
I had a completely different experience with this. For me the results were actually pretty good but I think it depends on what kind of content you are testing.
This is super helpful thank you for putting this together. Saving this for when I need it during finals.
Yeah I ran into the same thing. It is frustrating.
My university just updated their AI policy and it is actually pretty reasonable. They focus on disclosure and learning rather than punishment.
Good point I had not thought about it that way.
